It's set in a mid-19th century, Grade II listed building with a mezzanine level upstairs and an omakase sushi bar downstairs. There is also a superb a cocktail bar downstairs.

Our Managing Director David Garrard who was a chef for many years stopped of at Which Wich for a bite to eat and was taken back by the quality of product and suggested we partnered them in London, so we have and now Which Wich is our official top-up point for our London development team.
We are delighted to announce that Tamarind have selected us as their new supply partner. Tamarind was the first Indian restaurant in London to receive a Michelin star and continues to explore new ground with dishes to be enjoyed any time of day, served in delicately floral surroundings in Mayfair, the light and airy dining area is set across two floors, with the spectacle of the open kitchen on the lower ground floor and views of Queen Street and private gardens from the upper level.
We completed our financial year at the end of March and we are delighted to report another record year of trading, during April our feet barely touched the ground with an all time record month of turnover to kick off the new financial year and many new clients coming on board.

The Crown Inn, Keston, are another one of our clients to adopt a more sustainable approach to their operations, the owners Kate Streets and Chris Miller are believers in environmentally friendly alternatives and during the Easter weekend they produced a very successful barbecue experience without adding to the deforestation problem the world is suffering, they used charcoal briquettes that are derived from coconut shells which are fully sustainable.
