Cleaner Products are in the final stages of manufacturing a new product called Virubac. Our chairman Peter Reilly has been working on the Virubac project for over a year and is has been assisted by Professor Michael Clarke an R&D scientist with 25 years commercial experience at senior board level. The Virubac project was originally launched to help contain the Norovirus within the UK hospitality sector.
Peter Reilly was keen to develop a product that could be used by our clients to wash salad, spray directly onto fish, meat or any other food entering the back doors of their restaurants. Peter Reilly commented “ we know we have developed a very unique product that we are about to release, the recent outbreak of Covid-19 has made us accelerate our input into the Virubac project and we are pleased to report that our production department is actively manufacturing Virubac ready for release”.
Virubac is a 100% natural advanced disinfectant that kills 99.99% of bacteria. It replicates natural biocides created by our own immune system in order to eradicate invasive organisms. Virubac is compliant with UK and EU regulations and has highly-effective virucidal, antibacterial, sporicidal and fungicidal properties.
It can be used as a natural alternative to general chemical surface disinfectants, as hand sanitiser, as well as many natural hygiene applications as a general commercial disinfectant, in addition to controlling pathogens in food manufacturing, restaurant and catering sectors. Virubac safely eliminates bacteria, spores, fungi, viruses and yeasts and moulds, it is able to eliminate and control all pathogenic organisms, including Staphylococcus Aureus and E.coli. Virubac reduces the overall microbial bio-load of spoilage organisms, thereby substantially reducing the risk of cross contamination.
Virubac is an Electrochemically activated Alkaline Catholyte with a Ph of 6.8 – 7.4 and has an ORP of +950mV to + 1,100m. Virubac has a shelf life of 24 months. There are no available test on coronavirus at this time as only China and USA have access to the specific coronavirus. What laboratories are doing is a comparative analysis using the Vaccinia Elstree virus which is an enveloped virus that is very similar to NCOV19. The accepted microbiology is that should a substance kill Vaccinia Elstree then it will kill all enveloped viruses, tests are on-going.
