This week heralds our third successful year of trading with Yoshihiro Murata. Cleaner Products feel privileges to be working with Yoshihiro who is undoubtably the worlds most successful Japanese chef.
Yoshihiro has four restaurants around the world and holds an amazing 7 Michelin stars, that’s one more than Heston and the same as Gordon. Yoshihiro Murata is the master of ‘Kaiseki Cusine’ and in 2020 was named the recipient of the prestigious ‘American Express Icon Award’ as part of the Asia’s best restaurant's. Yoshihiro is the third-generation owner of his family’s century old three Michelin-star Ryotei Japanese restaurant in Kyoto, where he pays tribute to his forefathers’ classic Kaiseki cuisine through a fresh and modern approach.
Thankfully Yoshihiro decided to spread his wings and targeted London, England, where he launched an authentic Waygu restaurant in Mayfair called Tokimeite. The expansion of his culinary empire into Europe is a sign of his global success. Heston Blumenthal, another Michelin-starred chef on worlds list of best chefs studied under Murata in Japan when he was 30 years old, Heston considers Murata to be a major influence on his cooking style.
The hospitality sector worldwide has been through the mangle recently but there are so many positive projects on the horizon, we are thankful that Cleaner Products have become the first choice for so many of the worlds best chefs who are applying their trade here the UK. We will continue to ‘raise our bar’ and develop new features to the service we provide.
Thank you to all our chef partners for your continued support, we really do appreciate it.
