Clare Smyth takes top honour

We are delighted to celebrate our valued client Clare Smyth, on receiving the top honour at the Craft Guild of Chefs 2025 Awards.

Clare, who moved from Northern Ireland to England at just 16 years old to pursue a career in the restaurant industry was a protégé of Gordon Ramsay and became the first female chef to run a three Michelin star restaurant in London. Clare has since gone on to open her own acclaimed restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth, in London’s Notting Hill — which also holds three Michelin stars.

An exceptional talent, Clare continues to inspire the next generation of chefs with her extraordinary creativity. Reflecting on the award, Clare said:

“It is so special to be recognised in such a room, and for all the young chefs out there — it’s about following your passion and dreams. Keep working; it’s hard to get to the top, but keep at it and go to work for the right people who inspire you.”

All the team at Cleaner Products extend our warmest congratulations to Clare on this outstanding achievement, pictured here with Clare is our CEO Nathan Reilly and his wife Carrie.
