Our artisan producers specialising in premium-grade charcoal, offering top-quality options with the view of reducing our clients costs for these items..

Our curated range includes:

• Binchotan – Ultra-pure white charcoal (95% carbon) that burns hotter and longer with minimal smoke and ash. Perfect for high-heat Konro grilling.
• White Quebracho – Dense hardwood charcoal with a 3–4 hour burn time (longer in Josper or ceramic ovens) Clean burn, low ash, great flavour profile and consistent heat.
• Briquettes – Compressed hardwood sawdust with up to 6 hours burn time (12+ in ceramic ovens). Ideal for chefs needing consistent heat for service.
